Power Frequencty Oilfield Centrifuge

Drilling fluid centrifuge is used for recovering barites, removing small solid particles, reducing solids content in mud, thus ensure drilling fluid performance.
 

The SENZ VFD variable frequency centrifuge separates particles of 2 ~ 5 µm, and the barite recovery rate of LW355 can reach over 90%. This equipment is mainly used in applications where the mud density varies greatly and the working conditions are complex, and the operating parameters of the centrifuge need to be adjusted to achieve the desired treatment effect, such as shale gas wells, high temperature, and high-pressure wells.

Introduce

Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.

Drilling decanter centrifuges which made by our factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. Our decanter centrifuge can meet with different requirements of mud treatment under various drilling conditions. The centrifuge must test the dynamic balance for smooth operation over long periods.
