LWS500 three-phase centrifuge can continuously feed, separate and discharge at full speed. It has the characteristics of compact structure, easy sealing, stable operation, low noise, large processing capacity, low energy consumption, high degree of automation, low labor intensity, convenient operation and maintenance, wide application range and so on. Two phase Centrifuge Working Principle: 

After entering into the high-speed turning drum, the solid-phase particles in the mixed liquid run and settle on the drum wallunder the action of greatest centrifugal force; the light liquid settles at the innermost place of the drum under minimum centrifugal force; same as the drum's turning direction, a screw feeder also turns at a high speed, and a constant speed difference is generated by the differential mechanism, then the liquid will be discharged by the liquid outlet.(solid-liquid separation)

 

Three-phase Centrifuge Working Principle: 

 

Three-phase centrifuge is that two liquid phases and one solid phase enter the centrifuge and expand it thousands of times by relying on the centrifugal force field. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also stratified, so as to realize Solid-liquid-liquid 3-phase separation and discharge them from the body under the action of special mechanism. The whole feeding and separation process is continuous, closed and automatic. (solid-liqui-liquid separation)

Spiral Feeder

The spiral feeder is made of 304 stainless steel, and the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance.

BD structure, spraying hard alloy powder on the surface of the blade. The thickness is over 3mm .The spiral outlet is equipped

with a replacement hard alloy sleeve, which greatly prolongs the service life of the machine blade. Because of this technology,the maintenance cost of the machine is greatly reduced. Other parts in contact with the material are 304 stainless steel.

 

Drum

The drum is cast by Duplex 304 stainless steel in centrifugal casting, the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance, The replaceable alloy sleeve is installed in the solid state outlet, so that the mother material of the drum's outlet is not worn, and the wear-resistant bar is installed in the drum to make the drum inside not worn.

 

Differential

The differential drives the screw discharger and makes it rotate at a constant speed of the external drum. The speed difference between the external drum and the screw discharger is determined by the reduction ratio of the differentialand the speed of the external drum.
 

PLC Control Panel

The electrical control adopts the double conversion auto control system, which can display the parameters such as frequency, rotation speed, differential speed and current of operating major and auxiliary electrical engine.

9.Main bearing lubrication system
There are two kinds of lubrication system for specific product models :

A thin oil lubrication
* Oil pump offers an uninterruptedly power to ensure oil works circularly;
* Jet oil lubrication constantly clean and lubricate bearings and reduce temperature;
* Oil filter system ensure lubricant's cleanliness;
* Oil pressure energy storage system ensure lubrication pump offers an extra oil supply(the pressure is no less than 0.4Mpa) for 5-6 minutes,when power fails accidentally;
* Constant temperature system is available.

B grease lubrication
* Adopt a grease with properties of extreme pressure resistance ,oxidation resistance ,abrasion resistance,water scour
resistance,corrosion-proof and high temperature resistance.
* Optional automatic grease system fills grease on main bearing at designed hours and quantity.

10. Main bearing BH device (patent design)
There are two spare safe bearings at either end of main bearing.When machine works well,they keep certain clearance from bearing inside track to chief axis.When unexpected condition occurs,main bearing got damaged or circle center deviation causing an amplitude of vibration reaches to designed clearance,safe bearings begin to work as main bearing Meanwhile,computer automatic control system would get a feedback of abnormal vibration value on bearing position immediately then activates emergency shutdown and goes a smooth shut down.This system protects machine free from damaging and ensure production safety.
