Working Principle
This machine operates based on the settling principle and is designed for the separation of solid and liquid phases in a suspension. The suspension enters the spiral pusher through the feed pipe, accelerates after passing through the accelerator, and then enters the drum. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the solid phase is thrown towards the inner wall of the drum. The spiral blades push the solid phase sediment through the slag discharge outlet. The lighter liquid phase is continuously clarified within the drum and flows towards the large end of the drum, exiting through the overflow outlet.

VFD Variable Frequency Centrifuge
The SENZ VFD variable frequency centrifuge separates particles of 2 ~ 5 µm, and the barite recovery rate of LW355 can reach over 90%. This equipment is mainly used in applications where the mud density varies greatly and the working conditions are complex, and the operating parameters of the centrifuge need to be adjusted to achieve the desired treatment effect, such as shale gas wells, high temperature, and high-pressure wells.

Barite Recovery System
SENZ barite recovery system (BRE) is a kind of independent working system with a frequency conversion centrifuge as the core equipment, an integrated mud tank, centrifugal pump, agitator, electrical control system, and corresponding piping valves. The recovery rate of barite of the XBSY BRE system can reach more than 90%.
1.Equipped with high-speed VFD centrifuge, it can efficiently recover barite while effectively removing the fine and harmful solid phase.
2.Complete System Process - In addition to the recycling process, there are processes for mixing, cleaning, and conveying.

Oil-Based Drill Mud Treatment System
Senz oil-based drilling mud treatment system is mainly composed of a cutting dryer, centrifuge, screw conveyor, collection tank, shale shaker, and drilling fluid recovery equipment. After treatment, useful oil-based mud can be recovered, while the solid phase water content can be effectively reduced to achieve waste reduction and incineration energy saving.
1.Skid-mounted Unit - Convenient for lifting, transportation, and on-site placement.
2.Low Oil Content - The oil content of the treated drill cuttings is less than 8%, which is convenient for bagging and transportation.
3.Lower the Density of Liquid Phase - The density of the treated liquid phase can be reduced to 1.2g/cm³, much lower than the 1.35g/cm³ of ordinary oil-based drill cuttings treatment equipment, and can be directly returned to the mud circulation system for reuse.

The manufacturing methods of main component work-blanks are adopt centrifugal casting technique and overall mould-making forging technique,thoroughly avoid risks such as inter-granular corrosion and relaxation of residual stress release in welding joint.
