Oil field horizontal screw centrifuge (double motor double frequency conversion type)
The horizontal screw discharge sedimentation centrifuge for oil and gas drilling fluid purification (hereinafter referred to as horizontal screw centrifuge) is designed with an integrated frame body, which is convenient for on-site installation and lifting; The horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge adopts special explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, weather resistance and vibration reduction treatment. The frequency converter and other electrical components are installed in the explosion-proof cabinet. The explosion-proof cabinet is equipped with heating and ventilation system, which is suitable for field operation. The horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge has the forms of single motor drive, frequency conversion double motor drive, hydraulic drive and so on, which can be selected by users according to different use conditions.
 
The hydraulic driven horizontal screw centrifuge can not only conveniently change the speed of the drum and the ejector, but also feel the change of the load of the drum and the ejector by collecting the hydraulic pressure, and automatically realize the intelligent functions such as "discharging blockage", "stopping feeding", "alarm", "shutdown" and so on. The hydraulic system adopts integrated technology with high reliability and convenient maintenance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material(crude palm oil) passing through the center feeding pipe into the centrifuge (axid feed). Under the action of centrifugal force and material pressure,it passes through the distributor distributed to the drum. The dense solid phase is deposited on the drum wall, and is transported to the drum body cone by auger delivery then falls from the discharge port to the solid collector box. At the same time, the relatively light liquid phase is not moving with the spiral because of its fluidity, but through the outlet overflow into the liquid aggregate box.

Functional and constructional characteristics of 3-phase decanters
Due to the high rotational speed of the drum solid material particles are deposited on the inner wall of the drum; at the same time the two liquids are separated from each other. The solid material particles spun off to the outside are continuously transported to the solid material discharge by the integrated screw conveyor. The two liquid phases, separated from each other and almost completely free of solid material, overlay each other according to their density and leave the separation chamber by separate openings at the opposite end of the drum (cylindrical drum end). The two liquid phases can either be discharged freely (e.g. over a weir) or under pressure (by means of an integrated pump; peeling plate also called gripper).
