1. Description:
The tomatoes processing line includes five parts:
Fresh tomato receiving; Pre-washing and sorting section; Extracting section; Concentrating section; Pasteurizing or sterilizing section; Aseptic filling section.
It is mainly composed of discharge system, hydraulic convey system, bucket elevating, washing and sorting system, crushing system, pre-heating system, pulping and refining system, evaporating& concentrating system, sterilizing system, aseptic filling system.

In a gravity field or a centrifugal force field, the mixed liquid obtains different sedimentation velocities for the light, heavy liquid and solid phases that have different densities and are mutually immiscible, thereby achieving separation and stratification. In the gravity field, it is called gravity separation. In the centrifugal force field it is called centrifugal separation.
The decanter centrifuge continuously feeds and discharges materials. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles of the material liquid are continuously pushed by the spiral to the small end of the drum and discharged. The clarified liquid phase is continuously discharged from the overflow port of the large end along the spiral groove. , thus achieving continuous automatic operation. The spiral adopts a double helix structure, which has an ideal pushing effect and is suitable for a wide range of materials.
Based on this function, the tomatoes first use a decanter centrifuge to filter the virgin residue, and then use a disc centrifuge to filter the residue in a more detailed manner, which will not destroy the nature and refreshing feeling of the tomatoes. , and it can also be clarified while saving labor.
