The soaked soybeans enter the bean storage tank through the negative pressure lifting device, the bottom of the bean storage tank is provided with a manual insert plate, the size of the bean opening is adjusted according to the process requirements, and the soybeans are continuously and quantitatively fed into the first pass pulp mill, and the head pulp is made by adding water through the top water tank. The ground head pulp enters the raw pulp tank, and the head residue enters the head slag tank after the separation of the first pass pulp mill. After the first slag is diluted and mixed with water, it is sent to the second grinding machine for the second grinding. The second pulp enters the raw pulp tank, the second slag enters the second slag tank, and the second slag enters the third grinding machine after diluted and mixed with water. Because the amount of protein contained in the three pulp is relatively small, the three pulp can only be used as the water addition of the first pulp mill, and the three slag is discharged as the waste slag. The raw pulp in the slurry storage tank is brought into the slurry boiling tank by steam jet. When the raw pulp reaches a certain amount, the inlet and steam valves are closed, and the steam boiling valve is opened to heat the soybean milk in the tank, and the raw pulp becomes mature pulp. After a few minutes of smudging, the pulp outlet valve is opened, and the cooked pulp is transported to the next process by steam pulping.
