Centrifuge is used for solid-liquid separation. The feeding pipe starts to feed in material after the drum revolving to a certain speed. At this time, the siphon pipe is at a certain place of the siphon room and the product will be distributed evenly on the drum wall. The filtering liquid will enter into siphon room through the filter cloth, lining net, filtering plate and the holes on the drum bottom. Then the filtering liquid will be drained outside from the siphon pipe and the solid will be left on the filter cloth. After a period of spinning, the scraper will move to peel the cake from the drum wall to the spiral discharging device. And then the cake will be transferred outside through the spiral device.

The suspension enters into the high-speed rotating filter basket through the feed valve, and the feeding process is controlled by time or material controller until the basket is allowed to be fully filled.In the feeding process, the mother liquor is filtered through the filter cake layer and filter cloth, and then discharged out of the machine through the discharge pipe through the small hole casing of the basket body.The washing liquid is controlled by the time or flow valve, and the washing liquid is sprayed on the filter cake through the washing pipe and the spray hole to wash the filter cake after removing the mother liquor, so as to obtain the solid phase meeting the requirements.After drying, the cake layer is cut by the rotary scraper and sent out of the machine by the inclined bucket or screw conveyor.These processes can be completed manually or automatically by electrical, hydraulic and mechanical operations.
