Working Principle 
 
Decanter centrifuge used for solid-liquid separation of heterogeneous phase, which can separate liquidsolid and liquid-liquid-solid suspensions. When the material enters the high-speed rotating drum, due to different sizes of centrifugalforce, the solid particles in the suspension are affected by large centrifugal force and settle to the inner wall of the drum.The clear (liquid) phase in the suspension is affected by relatively small centrifugal force and settles to the inner side of the solid material. The screw conveyor with the same rotation direction as the drum is also rotating at high speed.A stable speed difference is generated by the differential. The solid particles settled on the inner wall of the drum are transported to the solid outlet of the drum by the screw conveyor, and the phase cleaning liquid flows out of the phase cleaning outlet of the drum.
