Operation steps:

The working principle of horizontal screw centrifuge is very simple. It has been known by the public for a century. The drum and screw are supported by separate suspension.The material enters through the inlet pipe and accelerates into the core drum body through the drum. Separation process The core consists of a cylindrical and conical rotating drum, and the centrifuge forces the solid material to deposit on the drum wall. Solid discharge The helix has the same shape and Angle as the drum, rotating at a slightly faster speed than the drum, so that the separated solids are pushed towards the end of the narrow cone and expelled from the drum.The degree of dehydration of solids depends on many factors, in addition to the reason of the material itself, but also depends on the length of the separation of solids in the centrifuge, as well as the Angle of the tight rotation of solids, in addition to the screw and drum speed difference is also an important factor. Drainage A chuck is installed at the bottom of the drum to adjust the depth of liquid level. The clarified liquid flows to the bottom along the spiral cylinder, and then is collected in the drain bucket to discharge the machine.
