Pusher Centrifuge Working Principle And Scope Of Application:
The main motor drives the inner and outsider baskets to rotate at the full speed, material is fed into through a feed pipe. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid discharged out of the basket through filter screen and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket as a ring layer of cake. As a result, pusher plate pushes the cake layer in the inner basket to move out of it and then into the outside basket for further separation, a ring layer of cake being formed, while the outside section of the inner basket pushes the cake layer in the outside basket to move continuously out of the outside basket and then discharge it through the slot for scraper.

HR horizontal two-stage push centrifuge is mainly composed of base parts, drum parts, shaft and bearing parts, control parts, hydraulic parts, housing parts, main motor, electrical control cabinet and so on.
Frame Components: the main body is a frame, and the upper part of the frame is used to support the bearing seat and the casing components. The bottom is the oil tank, above which there is a refueling hole, an oil discharge hole, an oil level mirror, a pressure gauge, a stop valve, an relief valve, a drive motor, a oil pump and a oil pump motor, etc. The oil cooler is installed in the oil tank. The base of the frame is large to ensure the stability of the machine.
Drum Parts: mainly composed of internal and external drum, screen, push sheet, push plate, press ring, cloth plate, bushing and sealing seat.
The inner and outer rotating drums are cantilever connected to the push rod and the main shaft (hollow shaft), the pushing sheet is installed on the end of the pushing plate and the inner rotating drum, and the inner and outer rotating drums are equipped with a screen.
The cloth plate is composed of a protective plate, a spacer sleeve, a bottom plate and a special screw, which is connected to the pusher plate, and an external pressure ring is arranged on the end face of the external rotating drum.
Shaft And Bearing Components: mainly composed of spindle (hollow shaft), push rod, bearing seat, sliding and roller bearings, labyrinth sealing ring, etc.
The main shaft (hollow shaft) rotates inside the two-roller bearing, driving the external drum to rotate. Front and rear labyrinth seals are used to protect bearings.
The push rod reciprocates in the two sliding bearings of the main shaft (hollow shaft), and synchronously rotates with the main shaft (hollow shaft) to drive the inner drum to rotate.
Bearings and bushings are lubricated by pressure oil supplied by the hydraulic system.
Control Components: composed of pressure cylinder, push piston, left piston ring, right piston ring, reversing valve stem, slide valve, guide rod, etc. The component is both a control component that controls the forward and backward movement and a hydraulic pushing mechanism. The push piston, the left and right piston ring, the slide valve used to change the direction, and the reversing valve stem are installed in the cylinder, and the pressure cylinder is the pulley driving the drum.
The pressure oil that makes the pushing mechanism move is provided through the center of the frame, bearing seat, hollow shaft and pushing shaft, and the return mechanism works automatically without external force.
Hydraulic Components: oil pump motor, oil pump seat, screw pump, relief valve, globe valve, pressure gauge, bimetal thermometer, air filter and oil cooler. The oil cooler is installed in the tank.
Shell Components: consists of wall panel, shell, front cover, door, feed pipe, washing pipe, aggregate tank, scraper, etc. The wall plate is connected with the housing by screws and is connected to the frame by the flange of the wall plate. There are liquid and solid outlets and pipe joints on the casing for connecting the cleaning pipe, cleaning the outside of the drum and the inside of the casing. Aggregate tank, scraper, etc. are installed in the housing. A front cover connected by screws to the front of the housing is provided with a door, a feeding pipe, a washing pipe, etc.
Main Motor: The main motor is installed on the plane adjustment plate on the machine base. The main motor is rotated by the V-shaped belt, and the tightness of the belt is adjusted by the bolts of the drag plate.
Electrical Control Cabinet: The electrical control cabinet is a special electrical equipment supporting the machine. The centrifuge uses direct starting mode to control the main motor and the oil pump motor. At the same time with power monitoring, starting current and running current display and overload, short circuit and other protective devices, reliable use, easy maintenance. When operating, the operation procedure of starting the oil pump motor first, then starting the main motor, stopping the main motor first, and then stopping the oil pump motor must be followed.

The main components of the centrifuge (internal and external drum and spindle, push rod, cylinder, piston, bearing chamber, etc.) are precision machined to strictly ensure dimensional accuracy and shape and position accuracy. Precise dynamic balance of the inner and outer rotating drum and the pusher plate ensures the running accuracy of the centrifuge and the stability of the centrifuge under high-speed rotation.
8. The key parts of the centrifuge are corrosion-resistant and durable. The service life of the screen is more than one year, and the service life of the inner and outer drum, the casing and the door cover is more than 8 years.

Centrifuge Installation And Commissioning
