To ensure that the juice is not only delicious, refreshing, but also nutritious when consumed, it is necessary to involve decanter centrifuge equipment in effective pretreatment before production. The juice enters the centrifuge drum, where under the action of centrifugal force, components with different densities can be separated, while the sediment adheres to the inner wall of the spiral and is then discharged through the slag outlet.
A decanter centrifuge is a device that separates suspensions using the principle of centrifugal sedimentation. Various suspensions with solid phase particle equivalent diameter ≥3um, weight concentration ratio ≤10%, or volume concentration ratio ≤70%, and liquid-solid density difference ≥0.05g/cm3 are suitable for liquid-solid separation using this type of centrifuge.
