The equipment is a countercurrent horizontal decanter centrifuge. the main machine is composed of column cone drum, spiral discharger,

The LWS series is a screw decanter centrifuge with a special specification. It enables 3-Phase separation of Oil, Water and Solid matter based on previous 2-phase separation using the difference in specific gravity between solid and liquid.

Decanter centrifuges have a variety of uses. They are primarily clarifiers, suitable for treating suspensions with very high content of solids (40-60%).Shenzhou industrial wastewater centrifuges provide an economical and effective solution for the solid-liquid separation in wastewater treatment plant.

Structure :

Separation of light and heavy liquid has been made possible by adopting the special structure of a liquid outlet dam. We also have various options available, and have good advancements for palm oil manufacturers with our high-G and anti-wear specification machines.

 

 

Working Principle :
 

Using 2 different size dams for liquid outlets, light liquid and heavy liquid separated using the centrifugal effect can be discharged separately.

Drum

The drum is cast by Duplex 304 stainless steel in centrifugal casting, the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance, The replaceable alloy sleeve is installed in the solid state outlet, so that the mother material of the drum's outlet is not worn, and the wear-resistant bar is installed in the drum to make the drum inside not worn.

Differential

The differential drives the screw discharger and makes it rotate at a constant speed of the external drum. The speed difference between the external drum and the screw discharger is determined by the reduction ratio of the differentialand the speed of the external drum.

The electrical control adopts the double conversion auto control system, which can display the parameters such as frequency, rotation speed, differential speed and current of operating major and auxiliary electrical engine.
