Compared with the plate and frame filter press, the machine has the advantages of large processing capacity, good separation performance, strong adaptability, low labor intensity, stable performance, convenient installation and operation, small floor area and low maintenance cost, and can realize closed continuous automatic separation.

 

With this decanter centrifuge, it is possible to separate the particles from suspending liquid with equivalent diameter bigger than 0.003mm,solid-liquid weight ratio less than 10% or volume ratio less than 70%,difference in specific gravity bigger than 0.05g/cm3

Balance

High temperature resistance
Material: carbon steel and stainless steel. Stainless steel refers to that the screw pusher, rotating drum, outer casing, feed

Wear resistance
The spiral blade is overlaid with tungsten carbide steel sheet to resist wear and maintain dynamic balance and stability; The inner wall of the straight drum is equipped with transverse stainless steel wear reducing strips to effectively prevent the wear of the inner wall of the drum; The slag outlet of the cylinder adopts replaceable ceramic bushing.
S-KF is selected as the main wearing parts - bearing, narrow V-belt at the belt inlet, and imported oil seal.
