The algae culture enters the centrifuge and is subjected to a strong centrifugal force field, causing it to settle on the inner wall of the centrifuge drum. Through optimized internal structure of the centrifuge, collection and cleaning are facilitated, avoiding issues such as cell wall rupture of other microalgae like Chlorella, Haematococcus pluvialis, and Spirulina. This prevents the loss of intracellular contents and ensures high product quality. The harvesting process is carried out in a fully enclosed environment without the need to add any flocculants, making it environmentally friendly, green, and non-polluting to the algal sludge. It is a harvesting method for microalgae-based health supplements, microalgae food, and so on. This microalgae harvesting equipment has been designated by multiple research institutions and enterprises as the centrifuge equipment for harvesting Chlorella, Haematococcus pluvialis, Spirulina, and other microalgae.

Tubular centrifuge is one type high speed tubular centrifuge which has over 14000 rpm rotation speed , it is suitable for solid content lover than 5% solution as it is manual solid discharge machine .
