Waste Water Treatment Horizontal Decanter separator Centrifuge for Sludge Dewatering
LW Sedimentation Centrifuge is a horizontal, continuously working and continuously spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge. It is used in a variety or industries for separating all kinds of solid liquid suspension, defecating liquid phase with graded grains, and dehydrating sludge.
The centrifuges which made by out factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%.
The product can be classify into two type LW-counter-current and parallel-current base on its structure feature.
According to feed feature, product can be divide into LW two-phase separator, LWS three-phase separator.
2-phase decanter centrifuge: separate solid and liquid suspensions.
2-phase decanter centrifuge: separate oil-water-solid suspensions.
Decanter centrifuge is most often used for clarification of liquid containing high concentrations of solid, removing solids from liquid.
It is usually used in waste water and PVC sludge industry. And also can be used in sunflower oil, palm oil and tea industry.

Separation performance:
1,About 80~90% oil can be recovered (relating to oil density, demulsification effect, temperature, etc.), and the recovered oil can be used for refining purpose after further purified by the flottweg separator;
2,The water content of the oil phase after separation can reach ≤3 ~ 5%;
3,The dryness of the slag phase after centrifugation can reach 40 ~ 60%, and its total volume is reduced by over 80% compared to that before separation;

Application:
