LW Series Horizontal Spiral Discharing Sedimentation Centrifuge

Solid-Liquid Separation System
LW series centrifuge is used in a variety of industries for separating all kinds of solid-liquid suspension, defecating liquid
phase with graded grains, and dehydrating sludge.

 

Working Principle

1.Start Machine	The main engine starts and accelerates automatically. When the predetermined index is reached and the drum speed reaches the feeding speed, the feeding valve opens.
2.Feedstock	The suspension waiting to be separated enters the silo of the screw pusher from the feeding pipe, and enters the drum through the outlet of the silo after initial acceleration.
3.Solid-Liquid Separation	The suspension passes the outlet of the compart ment and into the revolving drum. In response to the centrifugal force,the suspension in the drum is quickly divided into two phasesthe heavier solid phase deposits to the inner wall of the drum and driven by the differential gear which results in the nonsynch ronous movement between the spiral feeder and the drum.
4.Solid	The solid phase is transferred into the small end for further dehydration and is finally discharged through waste exit.
5.Liquid	The separated liquid is discharged through the big end or driven out by the centripetal pump.

Spiral feeder

The spiral feeder is made of 304 stainless steel, and the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance.
BD structure, spraying hard alloy powder on the surface of the blade. The thickness is over 3mm .The spiral outlet is equipped
with a replacement hard alloy sleeve, which greatly prolongs the service life of the machine blade. Because of this technology,
the maintenance cost of the machine is greatly reduced. Other parts in contact with the material are 304 stainless steel.

Drum

The drum is cast by 304 stainless steel in centrifugal casting, the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance, The replaceable alloy sleeve is installed in the solid state outlet, so that the mother material of the drum's outlet is not worn, and the wear-resistant bar is installed in the drum to make the drum inside not worn.

PLC Control Panel

The electrical control adopts the double conversion auto control system, which can display the parameters such as frequency, rotation speed, differential speed and current of operating major and auxiliary electrical engine.
