Decanter Centrifuge for Avocado oil separation

 

Shenzhou 3-phase deanter centrifuge is suitable for manufacturing avocado oil. The industrial centrifuge separates the avocado pulp into the fruit flesh, oil and water phases. Following this, the separator refines the oil phase and removes ultrafine impurities. This process is gentle to the product and is appropriate for producing the highest grade of avocado oil. Processing with the Tricanter leads to a high yield, clear avocado oil and maximum product quality.

Product Overview

 

The oil content of the avocado fruit is between 15%~30%, Rough avocado oil is mainly used inthe cosmetics industrywhile refined avocado oil can be used in the food industry .

There are two main ways to produce avocado oil: 1one is to slice the avocado into pieces,press it at high temperatures,and then extract it with organic solvents. 2Another method is to separate the oil from the fruit using decanter centrifuge. In the first methodthe organic solvent extraction method, the raw material used is a hard, matureseed-removed avocado. If the seeds are not removed in advancethe unsaponiable substances in the oil will increase. Because avocado seeds contain only 1%~1.5% of the oil. But the unsaponifiable substance in seed oil is as high as 55% If centrifugal separation is used, soft ripe avocado with seeds can be used as raw material. At presentthe centrifugal oil separation method is being vigorously developed which can not only save the energy consumption costbut also reduce the environmental pollution.

Working principle

Drum and screw are working with higher speed at a certain differential rotation. Material is transported into spiral tube

continuously , accelerated after the rotary drum, in under the action of centrifugal force field, the heavier solid deposit formed in the drum wall sediment layer.The feeding screw continuously pushes the solid phase of the deposit to the drum cone, and then out of the drain.The lighter liquid phase forms the inner liquid ring, which is continuously overflowed by the large end of the drum, and is discharged through the drain outlet.The machine operates at full speed, continuously feeding, separating, washing and discharging.It has the characteristics of compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity and convenient maintenance.It is suitable for the suspension with solid phase particle size greater than 0.005mm and concentration range of 2-40%.Widely used in chemical industry, light industry, food, environmental protection and other industries.
