Product Description

The HR horizontal two-stage piston centrifuge is a continuously operated filter centrifuge that can automatically complete all operating processes such as feeding, washing, separation and unloading at full speed. It is suitable for separating the suspension of medium and coarse granular crystalline materials, that is, it is suitable for separating the suspension with a solid phase content of 40-70%, the average particle size of the solid phase is ≥0.10mm, and the temperature is not more than 80ºC, and the feed concentration is stable and the feed is uniform. It is especially suitable for separating materials that need to be washed in the machine.

 

 

Pusher Centrifuge Working Principle And Scope Of Application:

 

The main motor drives the inner and outsider baskets to rotate at the full speed, material is fed into through a feed pipe. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid discharged out of the basket through filter screen and the holes of the basket, and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solid deposits in the basket as a ring layer of cake. As a result, pusher plate pushes the cake layer in the inner basket to move out of it and then into the outside basket for further separation, a ring layer of cake being formed, while the outside section of the inner basket pushes the cake layer in the outside basket to move continuously out of the outside basket and then discharge it through the slot for scraper.

HR Series are a kind of two stage horizontal pusher filtering centrifuge that can be Continuously Operated, They can perform feeding, separating, washing and discharging in sequence at their full-speed running. They have the advantages of continuous operation, stable performance, large capacity, ideal washing effect, low moisture content of cake and less solid content in the liquid. They are suitable for separating the suspension with solid phase Particle Size More Than 0.1mm and with the Concentration Between 40%-70%, The Temperature Does Not Exceed 80ºC suspension.

Drum

The drum is cast by Duplex 304 stainless steel in centrifugal casting, the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance, The replaceable alloy sleeve is installed in the solid state outlet, so that the mother material of the drum's outlet is not worn, and the wear-resistant bar is installed in the drum to make the drum inside not worn.

Differential

The differential drives the screw discharger and makes it rotate at a constant speed of the external drum. The speed difference between the external drum and the screw discharger is determined by the reduction ratio of the differentialand the speed of the external drum.
