Horizontal type spiral precipitated centrifugal machine is called horizontal type spiral centrifugal machine for short. lt is a high efficiency horizontal type spiral centrifugal equipment for discharging and precipitation. Working Principle
Decanter centrifuge used for solid-liquid separation of heterogeneous phase, which can separate liquidsolid and liquid-liquid-solid suspensions. When the material enters the high-speed rotating drum, due to different sizes of centrifugalforce, the solid particles in the suspension are affected by large centrifugal force and settle to the inner wall of the drum.The clear (liquid) phase in the suspension is affected by relatively small centrifugal force and settles to the inner side of the solid material. The screw conveyor with the same rotation direction as the drum is also rotating at high speed.A stable speed difference is generated by the differential. The solid particles settled on the inner wall of the drum are transported to the
solid outlet of the drum by the screw conveyor, and the phase cleaning liquid flows out of the phase cleaning outlet of the drum.

Drum
The drum is cast by Duplex 304 stainless steel in centrifugal casting, the forging process is adopted , which can enhance its corrosion resistance, The replaceable alloy sleeve is installed in the solid state outlet, so that the mother material of the drum's outlet is not worn, and the wear-resistant bar is installed in the drum to make the drum inside not worn.
Differential
The differential drives the screw discharger and makes it rotate at a constant speed of the external drum. The speed difference between the external drum and the screw discharger is determined by the reduction ratio of the differentialand the speed of the external drum.
PLC Control Panel
The electrical control adopts the double conversion auto control system, which can display the parameters such as frequency, rotation speed, differential speed and current of operating major and auxiliary electrical engine.

A: This machine is widely used in many fields such as environmental, pharmaceutical food, chemical industry for separation/washing/dewatering . It can separate almost all liquid and solid with proper feature.
2. Q:How to clean the machine?
A: The machine has self-cleaning function. When the processing is finished, you just put one button and the machine will do the cleaning automatically.
3. Q: How to choose the machine material?
A: For the material, we have stainless steel 304, 316 and 321 for your option. Generally SS304 is used. If there's suspension with corrosion, then SS 321 /316 or Ti is needed.
4. Q:What's the capacity of the machine?
A:Firstly we have different model with different capacity for this machine.
Secondly, the capacity will be customized according to concentration of the suspension. Higher the concentration, lower the capacity.
5. Q: How is the processing result?
