The application of three-phase horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge(hereinafter referred to as the three-phase centrifuge) in kitchen waste separation industry was introduced. The production process of three phase separation of kitchen waste, the structure, working principle, technical characteristics and separation effect of three-phase centrifuge were expounded in detail. Through the comparison of the new and old separation process of kitchen waste, conclusion was drawn that the
three-phase centrifuge had certain advantages in the process of harmless and reduction of kitchen waste, and it was worth popularizing in the industry.

 

The difficulty of separating kitchen waste lies in the fact that it contains a complex mixture of organic and inorganic materials,including food scraps, packaging materials, and other contaminants. Traditional methods of separation, such as manual sorting or mechanical screening, often result in incomplete separation and inefficient processing.

Three-Phase Working Principle

 

 

 

LWS355 three-phase centrifugeis that two liquid phases and one solid phase enter the centrifuge and expand it thousands of times by relying on the centrifugal force field. The solid phase is settled under the action of centrifugal force, and the two liquid phases are also stratified, so as to realize Solid-liquid-liquid 3-phase separation and discharge them from the body under the action of special mechanism. The whole feeding and separation process is continuous, closed and automatic.

Drum

Differential
